The family room was big and has a huge balcony. The swimming pool was clean and Gym was simple yet enough. The bed was comfortable and clean. AC and mini fridge was working well. The room smells fresh and they did daily makeup. The bathroom was big and included toothbrushes,comb,shaver, earbuds and hairdryer. Me and my family rate the breakfast 8/10. Meet our breakfast requirement.

I want to write a more detailed review later, but I must say the newness of the entire hotel was such a joy to experience, and the breakfast was divine! Staff were great, so happy I stayed there. I must add some photos soon too but see it with your own eyes! Ibis Styles did a lovely job – and please visit the restaurant upstairs! Great staff, food also, lovely variety : very pleased, this sets a good standard for some international hotels in Indonesia!

Comfortable beds and clean toilets. They offer free shuttle service to certain malls. however, do inform in advance to reserve your slot and it is only 1 way drop off only. The location is good, get to majority of the popular malls and attraction within 20mins or less .

The mattress and pillow are quite good. The hotel comes with pool and gym and easy to access. The location is near to town area within 10 minutes drive and shutter bus is provided. The breakfast needs more options.

It is a surprise discovery for me to stay at Ibis Style. I often stays at Aston Gideon Inn, Nagoya as it was a convenient place albeit its basic for the room comfort but they hv excellent breakfast. This time I booked 3 rooms at Ibis for $333. Aston Gideon Inn quoted me $500 for 2 rooms because of the peaked period which is 5 times the normal. Hence my choice for Ibis. And what a surprise. It's neat, beautifully on top of the hill, ample space, very comfortable bedding which is the signature of all Ibis. And a great breakfast spread. From now on, I shall stay at Ibis Style.

Check in process is smooth. Decent breakfast included in room rates so that's good. Location is a little bit out of the Nagoya area but there are free shuttle services provided and booking a Grab is very easy. Beds and pillows are clean and comfortable for a good night's rest. Hotel location is quite for peaceful sleep at night. In-room dining food is amazing!!

I like the location. It’s in the middle between Nagoya and Bengkong. So you are far from the noisy busy area but near to those attraction places. It’s good. Near to anywhere you should visit if you are new to visit Batam. The sky bar is nice. Very high and considered as highest bar there. Nice ambiance and music.

Staffs very friendly. FOM Pratama was very helpful and we had a very good chat. Breakfast have good spread but some dishes a bit salty.

The area of stay is comfortable and good. Love the concept of sliding doors that you can shift to make the kitchen space open or close when you need to change.
